We are looking forward to launching our Summer 2026 Nourish reading plan in just a few short weeks. Similar to last summer’s reading plan on “Leisure,” we will spend four weeks together exploring the theme of “Wisdom and Wonder” through mediation on scripture, a variety of readings including G.K. Chesterton, George MacDonald, and Plutarch, as well as brief studies in poetry, nature, and art scattered throughout each weekly plan. The schedule for the month of July will be as follows:
- Week 1 reading plan released the week of June 29
- Introductory Zoom meeting: Wednesday, July 1 (Time TBA)
- Week 2-3 reading plan released on or before week of July 6
- Zoom call #2- Wednesday, July 15 (Time TBA)
- Week 4 reading plan released on or before week of July 20
- Final Zoom call- Wednesday, July 29 (Time TBA)
An optional Facebook group will be available to accompany our study for discussion, comments, questions, and conversation between Zoom meetups.
To make Nourish a sustainable summer program, there is a $25 fee for participation. Once you are registered, you will receive information about how to pay. If this is a burden, scholarships are available upon request.
There is no requirement to purchase any books for this study as the links for each text will be available online and will be included in the packet. However, if you prefer a hard copy, Jenna recommends the following editions for the texts being read:
Orthodoxy
Diary of an Old Soul
The Wise Woman
We look forward to spending July immersing our minds and hearts in Wisdom and Wonder as we seek Truth, Goodness, and Beauty in community with each other. To join us, please REGISTER HERE!
